How working with us works
Estate planning and elder law, handled remotely across Florida.
You don’t need to drive to an office or take a day off work. We handle estate planning, deeds, probate, and Medicaid planning for clients throughout Florida by phone and video, with documents signed remotely or locally as the law requires.
1. Book a free 30-minute consult
We start with a no-cost video or phone call to understand your family, what you own, and what you’re worried about. You’ll leave knowing what we’d recommend and what it costs.
2. We build your plan
If we’re a fit, we send a simple engagement letter with a flat-fee quote, with no surprises. We prepare your documents, explain each one in plain English, and coordinate signing with the witnesses and notary the law requires. Florida allows remote online notarization for many documents, which keeps things convenient.
3. Your family is protected
We make sure the plan is actually finished: trusts funded, deeds recorded, beneficiary designations aligned. A plan that sits unsigned or unfunded is the most common way good intentions fail.
Helpful for out-of-state families
If you live outside Florida and you’re handling a parent’s estate, deed, or Medicaid planning here, remote service is built for you. We work with adult children across the country.
